Cheese Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese (or similar)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup fine chopped onions
Cook butter, onion and flour together. Add milk, cook until thickened. Add cheese and paprika. Simmer until cheese melts. Serve over steamed vegetables.
