Kosher as you know is a legal meat in Jeudaism and Halal is a legal meat in Islam. Both jews and muslims make their meat kosher and halal by offering prayers while cuting the animal and both pronounce Gods name before sacrificing the animal.

In Islam we muslims are strictly ordered by God to eat halal meat but if we are not able to find halal meat in any place in a non-muslim country then we can eat kosher meat from any store or market.
