Interesting. If it were true. What "other scientific data"? Every fact available to us contradicts a global Flood. Two points only: Today we have salt water fish and sweet water fish. Was the Flood sweet or salt? How did the other kind of fish survive? How did plants survive the immersion? And don't get me started on the multiple disproofs from geology.
