Judaism

Like many other scriptures and philosophical texts, the Bible certainly is useful, especially in regards to teaching basic morals and values. Obviously, one may choose some other source than the Bible and also have a course of action based on morality set for them, so one need not just rely on that source alone. The reality is that most scriptures used by various religions teach morality, compassion, and justice. And whether it's the "best" or not is obviously highly subjective.
