![]() Another recording probably from the late thirties of Martha Root's voice was found on "youtube": http://youtube.com/watch?v=8teej1FAew4 People wonder why are Baha'is interested in Martha Root? She was probably the most widely travelled Baha'i in the world prior to WWII and taught the Faith from China to India to Australia and South America. She also had a conversation with Queen Marie of Romania at that time I think in Yugoslavia that led Marie to adopt the Faith, this was not widely and officially known however and political reasons prevented the Queen from visiting the site of Baha'i pilgrimage in Haifa, Israel. - Art ![]()
