Thank you martha, once I saw that your replied to this thread, I knew how much you would love that movie!

I got more footage of my students today from class, and will begin working on a new demo movie on monday.

Actually though, my teaching is based only on 1 exercise which is broken up into 4 levels. Movies of the first two are on the site in the media section. If you want to start learning, you can model me from the movies. I would suggest doing only the first "basic vigil exercises" until you get them down well enough that you can do them all fluidly and notice the vibrational energy differences of your spheres. Then move on to the second "Junior vigil exercises."

I will have movies of me talking, and instructing on the finer points of the exercises in the near future. So that will help as well.

As a fellow filmmaker, I'm wondering things like what you edited with (software) and was the program created directly by you and/or did you receive assistance (directing, writing, etc.?)

It looks pretty fantastic for a 2 min. short by a non pro....or at least I'm assuming you're a not a professional videograher.

Also, Pulsus looks very similar to my days in Tai Chi. Are they similar to you and/or what are some differences?

I used Intervideo WinDVD creator and some Macromedia Director in this short. It was filmed, directed, edited, etc... by me. The only assistance I had was my girlfriend filmed a couple of the shots, but not every one made it into the film.

It is similar. But it actually only looks like Tai Chi, it resembles chi gong more in purpose and design.
