All's Forgotten
All Forgotten, Until Today
My dog's in a river My heart's on the side Thought I met a kitten Who took me for a ride My time comes tomorrow My house lives in Yesterday Found a baby in the garden Where our love's made of clay My mind longs for freedom My joy's in solitary confinement Caught up in a system Which makes life an assignment My hand shakes the Tree My tongue breaks the bow Walked in to a land With nowhere left to go My dog left the river My heart, it stayed outside Met the devil in my dreams Found out she had lied My eyes have seen the glory My ears have heard this song Remember I made the rest up My Self can do no wrong by Josh E. |

It came to me in the form of music (in my head), and so yes, I've thought of making this a song. I write lots of poetry that shows up as lyrics, yet thought I'd post it here today as a poem.
