Karma
Notice in the upper right corner of a posted message is an Icon of a scale. Click on this. You have the option of giving good "Karma" to someone if you liked their post. You will notice a green square also under this. If you place your cursor on the green square you will see a special message. As you collect good "Karma", you will gather more of these squares. One of the aspects of Karma is that you have to spread it around to other people before you can give it to the same person again. If you click on User CP in the Navigator Bar you will see who has given you "Karma" and why. Have fun with feature.

Maybe I'm a bit slow, but is there a way to see the Karma I've left for others? If so, I haven't found it yet. I want to make sure I'm not saying the same things to everyone.

You can see the Karma that has been given to you and the Karma you have given in the UserCP.

In my karma thingy theres some green icons next to good comments, and theres one kinda not so green. The comment is positive, but did the person give me bad karma?

How long do you have to wait to give Karma to someone you already gave it to? I try to spread Karma but it seems it only goes so far and then I can't give Karma to anyone cuz it says to spread it around...so how long does it take until you can give it to the same person again?

You can give Karma to 10 people in a 24 hour period. You have to give Karma to 10 other people before you can give it to another person again. So, you would probably have to wait 24 hours before you can do it again. If there is a post you want to give Karma to, but can't you can keep a note to go back the next day to that post and give Karma.
