Interfaithforums.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.

1. Be Courteous!

Don't attack others. Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated. Challenge others' viewpoints and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully, without insult and personal attack.

2. Be Appropriate!

Interfaithforums.com does not tolerate obscene or vulgar language. Forum posts that contain these will be removed.

3. No Cross-Posting

Do not post the same discussion more than once on a forum or on many forums. Duplicate discussions are frustrating and counterproductive for other members. Duplicate discussions will be deleted.

4. Spamming or Trolling

Interfaithforums.com reserves the right to remove spam, spammers and trollers. Spamming includes excessive posting or posting just to promote your own product or website.

5. No Abuse of PM

Private Messaging is provided to the members of as a service. Solicitation, spamming, or harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden. Any member receiving an inappropriate private message should forward that message to an Administrator or Moderator right away. Although private messages are normally only accessible by those who send and receive them, they are part of the database and as such, property of Interfaithforums.com An Administrator, could locate the Private Messages in the database and read them. They are private, but not necessarily secret.

6. Copyright Infringement

Interfaithforums.com shall not be held responsible for member-posted information that may violate copyright law. You cannot legally post entire articles or news in the forum without permission from the copyright holder. Even if you attribute the article correctly it’s still copyright infringement. In this case you would be depriving them of ad revenue and it is illegal. Under Fair Use provisions you can legally post a small abstract of an article - or perhaps the opening paragraph. So if you want to post an article you should do this and include a link, or just post the link. The exception to this rule is press releases; press releases are meant for distribution and can be copied and distributed as much as you want. If you are not sure if you can copy something then always err on the side of caution and simply post a link to the material. No hotlinking of images or text. Do not hotlink anything here without obtaining permission from the owner of that image or text.

7. Discretion

Interfaithforums.com and its moderators reserve the right to remove a post which does not relate to the topic being discussed in the forum. If you have problem with a thread or post, please PM a Mod or Admin about it, don't post the complaint in the thread. In addition, Interfaithforums.com reserves the right to organize discussion forums in order to best serve the majority of our members. A topic may be relocated to a more appropriate discussion forum, or deleted entirely. Interfaithforums.com and its moderators also reserve the right to prohibit or delete discussions that are thought to violate applicable law or that may be harmful to other members. Please no discussion of illegal activities. Please report offending posts so we can remove them as soon as possible We also reserve the right to remove membership from anyone who violates these Guidelines.

Interfaithforums.com is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Interfaithforums.com.

8. Proselytizing

Interfaithforums.com is a forum for understanding and acceptance of all religions and philosophies. Interfaithforums.com will not tolerate attempts to convert anyone to your religion.

9. Post Length

Please keep posts to a paragraph or two. Long posts are difficult to weed through. You may be asked by the moderators or Admin to shorten long posts.
Also, please no one word answers.

10. Respect

Please show respect for others. We will not tolerate slamming other people, religions or other forums.

11. Signatures

Web addresses in your signatures are by permission only and we would require a reciprocal link. Please keep the signature to no more than two lines with type no larger than 14 Pt. We had to make this rule because some people want to use a paragraph and very large type. You may use any color.

12. Other Forums/Other Websites

Please do not discuss other forums here or post links to other forums.

We especially do not allow self-promotional posts from new members, even if this includes links which are non-commercial.

Commercial promotions are prohibited.

As stated in rule 11 you can contact us about a possible reciprocal link.
