Is there such a thing as a a non belief system? Is stating we have no belief system a belief system in itself?

Very interesting question, and I suppose that it would depend on whos frame of reference and definitions one was using. It would be similar to the question, "Is Anarchy a form of government?" There are arguments in favor of both sides.
