Yep, it's perfectly OK MV and as you say it's all about semantics.
The thing is...isn't everything about semantics ? *sigh* I have to agree that in some cases ' Love ' is so unbalanced that it's borderline madness !! Lots of Love neil ![]()

I see things differently. I believe that love is part of “human nature”. And I believe that it is by becoming more in tune with our nature, by developing an attitude of universal love that we become in tune with the universe.
And I do believe that animals do love, or that is at least some of them do. Each according to its own nature.

I have now doubt that animals love.
Even though I spend a ton more time with my dog than anyone else, if I ever come home with a few other people, he is ten times more excited to see me, than the people he hasn't seen for awhile. I can yell at my dog, make him go lay down, and two minutes later, he's still there, licking me, jumping on me, and wanting to be near me. And boy, you do not want to see my dog when I get the suitcases out. He mopes around the house, and from what I hear, continues to mope around while I'm gone. But man is he happy when I get home! To me, that's love. That has nothing to do with pure, good, whatever. It's love. |

You only have to witness the effect a loss of a companion has on a dog (and other animals)..there is love there....it may not be equivelant to human love(how could it be ?) but in animal terms..it is in every way....love.........which is nice.
