Healing Ourselves

I heard an interesting conversation yesterday. It was stated that we can heal ourselves mentally and physically by clearly defining why we want to live and becoming clear as to whether or not we truly want to live.

Any comments?

Personally, I believe that there is a lot more to it than this, but I do believe that we can heal ourselves. In fact, I believe that MOST healing comes from our own minds and bodies.
