Yes, I believe, see and experience, that how I feel myself is reflected back at me through the world. The world is not separated from me, until I separate myself from my mind and body (world).
When we wake up in the morning feeling good about our self, why do all things fall into place the rest of the day? How could me feeling good about my self have an effect on what is going on around me...unless we are connected somehow.

I think it is a cycle or spiral in which understanding ourselves can lead to better understanding of the world around us and vice versa. We are intimately related to the world, so any understanding of the world around us will impact on our understanding of our inner world as well. And a better understanding of our inner world should relate us to a better understanding of the world around us. |
