Butterfly How To Heal the World

I wanted to share this article with you that I received in my email. What do you think about it?

How to Heal the World
by Owen Waters

The Shift to the New Reality has been gaining speed for many
years. We have now entered a phase of The Shift which is now
bringing rapid transformation to our world.

Heart-centered consciousness is the gateway to spiritual
consciousness. Spiritually-minded people today are transforming
the world from material consciousness into heart and soul
consciousness. This transformation is best realized by using
intention to actively fill the world with love and light. This
spiritually-conditioned energy powerfully transforms the lower
energy of fear and hate within the global mind atmosphere.

The energy of transformation can be channeled into a spiritual
focus, into emotional release or it can be allowed to manifest
in the only remaining field of popular action, the physical
world. There, it will erupt through emotion-driven, physical
phenomena - volcanic eruption, earthquakes and violent storms,
for example. All of these "natural" disasters are driven by the
chaotic emotional energy of mankind. All of them can be healed
and prevented when people channel enough spiritual energy to
soothe the chaos.

Today, it is more important than ever to send healing energies
into the world. If enough people enter their inner, spiritual
space regularly, then the incoming energies of transformation
can be expressed on a spiritual level.

You can make all the difference in the world today when you
help balance the incoming energies of transformation by using
the following technique.

The Infinite Being Heal the World Technique:

Reconnect with your spiritual source daily. Use the Infinite
Being meditation, or your own meditation technique, the first
thing every day. Make it a habit, a part of your morning
routine.

End your meditation session by spending time in gratitude for
life, nature and the Infinite Being from which you
materialized. Let a sense of gratitude for everything in your
life fill your heart.

Then, intend world peace and enlightenment. Send this
intention out into the world as love energy through the heart
chakra just in front of your breastbone.

This alone would be enough to make a big difference in the
world today. However, by adding a third component to the
technique, it becomes enormously powerful and effective.

Powerful acts of creation all have three essential components
- intent, feeling and motion. Those are the only three tools
which Infinite Being used to create the universe and everything
within it. That's how powerful those three components are, when
used together in equal balance.

So far you have set the first component,

(1) Your intention - world peace and enlightenment.

You have also set the second component,

(2) A love-inspired environment - gratitude for the universe
and everything in your life.

Now, it's time for the third component,

(3) Action. It is time to move that energy, in large
quantities, into the global mind atmosphere surrounding the
Earth. This is how:

On every in-breath, imagine white light from the Cosmos
entering your crown chakra, above the head, and traveling down
your spine to the level of your heart, then traveling forward
into your heart chakra, just in front of your breastbone.

At the same time, see white light from the Earth entering the
base of your spine and traveling up the spine, then forward, to
merge with the cosmic energy in the heart chakra.

The energies of the Cosmos and the Earth will fuse together
and cause an energetic reaction at the frequency of the heart
chakra. This fusion forms a ball of energetic white light in
the heart chakra.

With every out-breath, send the power of this energetic
reaction out to the world. Direct it as a beam of white light
from your heart chakra, out into the world.

Continue this in-breath, out-breath cycle for at least five
minutes each morning and you will not only help heal the world,
you will change your entire day for the better.

The universe reflects who you are. When you practice healing
the world, by automatic reflection, you heal who you are. Any
and all issues which have been challenging for you will move
closer towards resolution as you help the world in this way.

There's nothing like starting your day helping to heal the
world in these critical days of transformation. It's one of
those things that brightens your day, makes you feel good to be
alive, and lets you know that you are taking the type of action
that you came into this life to perform.

I recall someone saying that: " We do ourselves a grave injustice by limiting our conception of the self. Our sense of identity, power, freedom and love would be enhanced if we could understand the fact that what you are does not end at the boundaries of your skin, but continues outward through the physical environment that seems to be impersonal, or not-self".

We need to get back in touch with our multidimensionality.

Currently, many have this conception fixed in their minds : to wit, the acceptance of one time line, one world, one universe, a personified God and an individual's supposed powerlessness and thereby have come to believe that the problems of the world are based on our lack of spirituality.

People then think they are out of synch with the godly part of the universe, as why else is there such pain and injustice on the earth? We change our form with the addition of New Age vestments and look to the "Higher Self" which is our upgraded God and seek resolutions to our problems from this holier than thou symbology.

Off we go one more time, charging towards a solution which is not a solution, running from teacher to teacher, from book to book, but you will not find yourself that way. Nor will you meet yourself through following any specialized method of meditation. Only by looking quietly within the self that you know can your own reality be experienced.

We are already spiritual beings. That is beyond question and needs no sprucing up. We are naturally spiritual, it is the default state of being for humans, but we have forgotten this primal fact. If we stop looking at spirituality and instead look at our self from a different perspective, focused on sensing the multidimensionality and creative aspects of consciousness, then everything will shift into perspective.

Our creative consciousness is the alpha and the omega and is the seat of our spirituality. True spirituality is a thing of joy and of the earth having nothing to do with fake adult dignity, nothing to do with long words and sorrowful faces. It has to do with the dance of consciousness that is within you, and with the sense of spiritual adventure that is within your hearts

Since we are all spiritual beings, parts of All That IS, then how did that knowledge ever escape us?

And how did we come to create a world seemingly quite at odds with our heritage?

Using our free will we people have made physical reality something very different than what was intended. We have allowed the ego to become overly developed and overly specialized. Certainly we are to work out problems and challenges, but we were always to be aware of our own inner reality, and our nonphysical existence. To a large extent we have forgotten and lost this.

Our race made choices eons ago to develop our belief in an exterior environment apart from ourselves, one we supposedly had no hand in creating or impacting. We did well in developing the belief, and as it grew we started to forget our true oneness with all things, and instead started to see separation of all things. This is our original sin, indeed it gives rise to every other evil thing. We placed God outside ourselves, nature outside ourselves, and we created a world without obvious, acknowledged meaning and purpose.

So what happened to our belief system which brought about such a strong assumption of separation in the first place?

It's rather simple really. We had to hold the primary belief that the intellect is our sole source of information. That's all it took.

So why would that one belief cause such hardships? It has to do with the fact that feelings, thoughts, attitudes and beliefs create private and world reality and fear is an intense feeling.

The intellect can, and does form strong paranoid tendencies when it is put into the position of believing that it must solve all personal problems alone. The intellect senses a deep powerlessness when this occurs, for to an extent it is cut off figuratively from its own source of energy and power.

Paranoid tendencies form when we feel vulnerable to events over which we think we have no control. When we fear for or health, our wealth, our families, our very lives, we become paranoid. We might never tag the low-level feeling of anxiety that colors our decisions and forms our choices as paranoia. Indeed we probably feel we are rationally solving daily and long-term life issues by cautiously scanning the downside for potential problems and taking protective measures.

But what leads to that rational caution is a feeling that we're on our own here in this stand-alone matter world formed by chance, with the need to protect ourselves from harm by our wits alone. And so we, in essence, become fearful. and since we create our reality through our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs, our reality starts to mirror back to us reasons why we should be fearful. We start to see crime at every turn, trouble at every turn; our body breaking down before our very eyes, the victim of time, accidents and diseases; and we experience competition and survival of the fittest in the work place and the world.

This is all too much to bear without taking serious action! Protection is the obvious answer....isn't it?

There seems to be no other means of controlling our existence, except through protective measures. So on the global front we build bigger weapons, develop more medicines, create stronger prisons, launch more wars. On the personal front we purchase more weapons, take more medicines, pay for stronger prisons and fight more wars- all in the name of protection.

But this is just wrong on a fundamental level. We're fighting the results of our fears, instead of addressing the Cause of our fears.

The basic underlying cause of our fears being our belief that there is no assistance and support from an inner world, that the intellect is all that is.

When we follow the so-called rational approach to life, the approach that suggests nothing is of value unless it comes from the exterior world of facts and figures and scientific analysis, then we cannot help but feel threatened and separated, with a division between the spiritual and physical, because the rational approach goes against life's natural rhythms and directives.

The solution to long-term resolution of private and global problems is simple then. We redefine the role of the intellect and start using another approach to life, the approach that takes for granted that we are cradled by a greater reality that sustains us with comfort, security and answers.

First of all we must realize that the intellect itself is a part of nature, a part of the natural person, a part of the "magical" processes, then you need not overstrain it, force it to feel isolated, or put it in a position in which paranoid tendencies develop. It is itself supported, as your intuitions are, by life's "magical" processes. It is supported by the greater energy that gave you and the world birth.

The intellect is meant to work hand in hand with the intuitive side of our nature. Our inner self communicates with us moment by moment by using the inner senses. Some forms of its more obvious communications are through insight, intuition, impulses and dreams. By opening ourselves to the possibility of the "magical" approach to life and by using it we open our self to great amounts of information not available to the intellect alone. Just as soon as the intellect accepts that there is an inner world from which all else springs, and that inner world holds knowledge far surpassing what is seen in the outer world, and that we can sense that knowledge and apply it to our daily concerns, the fear starts to melt.

The "magical" approach to life is a blending of the intellect and our intuitive side. When the intellect starts to fear a future event because it can't determine it's outcome, it can use the "magical" approach to alleviate its concerns and help build that future event to its liking. In other words, the intellect can share the load of life with another portion of itself, a portion which in a far better position to assess the situation and suggest new directions, if appropriate. The intellect finds that it no longer has to go it alone and that is very good news.

Many people understand just how much homage has been paid to the intellect in our past and present. But they often go overboard in criticizing it. They see the intellect as the culprit, something to be tamed into submission by the emerging intuitional portion of the psyche. In attempting to overcompensate for the role the intellect has played in creating the belief in separation, and in a misunderstanding of its purpose, the intellect has been knocked by many.

The problem though is not that we overuse the intellect; it's that we rely upon it exclusively and don't accept other means of gathering information, and other methods of making decisions.

The intellect is not however the bad guy and the intuition is not the savior. The intellect is brilliant and was after all, put in place by our inner selves as a tool for assessing current life conditions and then making decisions based on those assessments. The intellect's focus and intent is what forms our individual realities. It creates the thoughts, attitudes and beliefs that become exteriorized as event. On the larger scale, our joint intellects form the world picture in the same way. It is the intellect's expectations and beliefs that direct our experience in the world, privately and across the board.

And that is precisely why we must assure, on an individual level, that the intellect does not become paranoid and live in a state of separation.

If the intellect believes that the world is a threat to existence, then that belief will alter its intent...The beliefs of the intellect operate then as powerful suggestions...so that there is little distance between the intellect and the beliefs that it holds as true. We get what we "hold as true", and what we hold as true can alter the intent, or direction, of the world.

As a civilization, what we hold as true today leads to aggressive protection, and that doesn't bode well for a future of peace and security, and it certainly can't move us into a probability where new understandings are in place and used.

What we hold as true must change. It must encompass a knowledge of the much larger reality of which we are all a part, and it must include a belief in our inner self. We must allow our inner self to help us, but we can't do that until we believe in it. Once we do, we can then utilize the "magical" approach to life, the approach which is the blending of intuition and intellect - the approach that is the solution to the creation of a new civilization.

For those of us who believe such outlandish ideas right now and hold them in our hearts as true, we are the black sheep of the universe, because we no longer blame gods nor devils nor circumstances for those effects in our lives that we do not like; nor bow down to gods, devils or circumstances in praise for those good conditions that we ourselves have created.

You will become conscious co-creators with an understanding of All That Is that has little to do with the puny concepts in which God has been entrapped for millenia, as far as our religions and myths are concerned. Those myths and religions have also entrapped those who believe in them.

But that can be changed.

If we want it.

Best Wishes to all.
