Deja Vu !
I have a 20 yr old daughter she is up all night and sleeps during the day .
She is also Brilliant by the way . But Thank God ever since she's been going to the university she is up in the mornings . I literally had heart attacks worrying abt her sleep habits. |

I wish I had a sleeping pattern !
I've been a chronic insomniac since I was 6 years old !..never sleeping more than three or four hours....going without sleep three or four times a month...occasionally going without for three days/nights ! I've just been interviewed yet again for yet another program based on health and in this case dealing with unusual sleep patterns. I wish someone watching these programs would grab me and sort me out. half the time it feels like I'm a guinea pig....can't remember how many sleep studies, therapies, diets, life style changes I've undergone !....perhaps....if I sleep on it..I'll remember !!
