How to Improve the Quality of Your Life?
This is one suggestion. Do you have more? And what is Quality Life? Thanks

To me the quality of life is determined by the experiences we accept as "good". This may vary from person to person.
My "way of life" is to take no thought for the future nor of the past; to see the blessing behind every instant and know that all is in divine order. I was asked once: "But Vivian, what if there is no God?" My responce was:" So, can you imagine a better way to live?" Who cares about "a" God....noone can experience or benefit from? Imagine the "perfect life". Would it not be to experience love, peace and joy? Does that not cover everything? I think all people at one point or another is looking for one of these "experiences". We might think we have found them in a passion, a purpose, a person or thing. But finding them in the physical world (outside of our self) will set us up for suffering, because they are temperal....within time and space. With other words: your happiness depends on them. If you loose them....you are back to being unhappy. When we find love as our very being, peace of our mind and joy simply knowing this to be true and found...we are free.....then we live life for it's own true value.

I like Viv's way of seeing life, and have a few issues with EP's version (Sorry but improving quality isn't all about greed, IMO). I think that there is a bit of both. Employ your time with something you enjoy doing and is worth while to you. God (or what ever you believe in) first, family second, career third, and it all falls into place. The people in your life are always more important that money, or living in the "good" neighborhood, or getting the next "toy". Even if those thing are nice, there are more important things in your life. Live, laugh, and love. Should I go on?
