if depressed you might try going to this site and listening to Katie Byron....there are three i think 20 min interviews and she was an extremly depressed person for years and seems to be on a very nice path of wellness....she wether depressed or not has some aha things to say...

My Wife had a severe breakdown in 1999 and was not expected to go more than 3 months
It was indeed a turning point for her as she had simply come to realise what she had been looking for was not out there At that point the World seems very dark and lonely It took a little while for her to realise everything she sought was already within HER ![]() Again if I can be of help please let me know |

Oh, sorry, I was away for a while.
Thanks for warm feelings. I am not lonely or depressed. But I know how it feels. I think we all go through that stage on our path. Once you realize you are one of many you never alone ![]() Who Are All The People Around Me? ![]()
