Hi ndogo .

A man in his late thirties woke up one morning with sore muscles , aches and pains and lethargic . He thought he was dieing ,,and went to the Doctor but the Doctor wasn't in ,,, ok l lied . the Doctor was in lol .

The Doctor told him he had ''growing pains'' . The man asked ''You mean I'm not dieing ? ''

The Doctor thought deeply and smiled and said ,,,

'' Sure ''

lol

And the Doctor told him to say to himself ,,twenty times,,

'' l love myself unconditionally ''

And to enjoy each precious day you have .

The man went home growling to himself,,,,

'' Growing pains , grrr ''

And all was well ...
