See what I have meant by a couple of posts about the natural way vs. the processed 'pill' way? Even I, NOT a scholar, have read several 'vitamin' reports as these you have posted, LK, that show different 'findings' over time. Well guess what-I have STILL to read any reports of ill effects using the sources of these 'pills' in their natural, raw food intake.
I still, and will contend that the processing, and concentrating of these vitamins and amino acids is problematic. When was the body ever 'adjusted' to accept this? It is 'designed' to get all this from the raw source food, supplied there, in the right amounts.I will put 'IMO' here just to get a break from those who go 'yeah, right'. But even a cursory study will show what I have said will stand, If not common sense.

Don't ya' just love it when they do this. From what I understand that was one small study that caused those results. The natural health mags and my doctor say that an RDA of 400 IU's a day is essential for heart health. More than that has not been found to be helpful. So stick with your E.
