Is green tea any better for you than regular tea?

I prefer coffee.

Now and then, I try some teas. I prefer the black ones (the Chinese say "red teas"). The greens teas might be healthier, but I get more enjoyment and, I think, at least the same protection from including a fair amount of broccoli, Brussel sprouts and red wine in my diet.
