The stuff that is needed and/or the body can make from the intake favors the veggie, (at least 60%+ raw food) at least in much fewer med. problems, and longer 'health span' not nessessarily longer in years, but quality. Several veggies I know over 70 rarely are sick, even with colds, yet the rest of my friends over 60 are very plagued of maladies, and pill takers.

Like I firmly believe it is a fuel issue, feed the body what it is meant to eat, and much fewer problems will occur! Cheers

Absolutely! Though as my wife keeps pointing out, the green clovers in "Lucky Charms" don't count as "greens"

(doh!)

Peace

Clover stalks are fun to chew on! I remember well that tart, salty flavour, I still miss that when in the parks, and walk by a large clump.
Of course I DO NOT miss all the puppy-pee I must have taken in, chewing on that grass!!! 8-O LOLOL
