We hear a lot about eating more fruits and vegetables. Here is a list of which nutrients fruits and vegetables have.

The stuff that is needed and/or the body can make from the intake favors the veggie, (at least 60%+ raw food) at least in much fewer med. problems, and longer 'health span' not nessessarily longer in years, but quality. Several veggies I know over 70 rarely are sick, even with colds, yet the rest of my friends over 60 are very plagued of maladies, and pill takers.
Like I firmly believe it is a fuel issue, feed the body what it is meant to eat, and much fewer problems will occur! Cheers ![]()

Clover stalks are fun to chew on! I remember well that tart, salty flavour, I still miss that when in the parks, and walk by a large clump.
Of course I DO NOT miss all the puppy-pee I must have taken in, chewing on that grass!!! 8-O LOLOL ![]()
