What herbs do you use?

Which herbs or wild plants do you, personally, use most?

peace123 is just really nicepeace123 is just really nicepeace123 is just really nicepeace123 is just really nicepeace123 is just really nice

Currently I am using chasteberry( vitex) , saw palmetto and
also chronium ( I hope I spelled that correctly) .

I also recommend St. Johns Wort to anyone feeling a bit down.

When I start feeling a cold coming on I use the homeopathic , cold and sinus , stuff I got from the health food store.

Also thyme tea, and honey are great for cold symptoms.

Peace

I agree with the use of St John's Wort. The down side is that it needs to be taken for 2-3 weeks before it really starts taking affect, and you do NOT want to go out in the sunshine after taking it. But it will ease depression.

I'm currently using Garlic, Horehound, Echinicea (which grows wild all over the place here) and Zinc suppliments, to get through the cold season (and to get others through it.)
