I agree with the use of St John's Wort. The down side is that it needs to be taken for 2-3 weeks before it really starts taking affect, and you do NOT want to go out in the sunshine after taking it. But it will ease depression.
I'm currently using Garlic, Horehound, Echinicea (which grows wild all over the place here) and Zinc suppliments, to get through the cold season (and to get others through it.) |
