Sea Vegetables
Well, here goes.....
Sea vegetables are a powerful energizer, I understand that they are more nutritionally dense (by far) than spinach! A few months ago, I heard Scott Kennedy talk about sea vegetables on an infomercial, and I realized I could do sea vegetables direct through the local Asian mart and at a very reasonable price. Since then, I have become a regular at the Asian mart, and it is just wonderful how well sea vegetables work for the body! It is very bioavailable, and is absorbed well. On the infomercial, he mentioned that there was this European king, a couple of hundred years ago, who had an attitude.....and because of this influence, continuing through, not so much is seen in mainstream markets, or heard too much about, either, even today. I like to eat a lot of sea vegetables, sometimes three large sheets (which come in a package, already dried and processed, very easy to eat). Family and friends are starting to enjoy, once attitude has been worked through.....our cats love getting sea vegetables in their diet, they will eat them before their regular food! There's all sorts of ways to add to meals, or eat directly (which is what I usually do), very easy to work with. It is a real blessing in my life, and eating sea vegetables is helping me to turn corners better each day! (I eat sea vegetables, especially before needing to do physical work, which has really helped a lot with strength and stamina.) P.S. A name has connotations, which is why people using the products are starting to shift towards sea vegetables as a name, rather than seaweed, as it is a more appetizing and appealing name. Enjoy! |
