Sleep problems

Okay, for about a week now I have been having the hardest time sleeping. Actually, not sleeping in general, but sleeping in my bed
It's hard to explain...but I look at my bed, and I just get this wierd feeling like I shouldn't sleep in it.
So all of my blankets are on the floor next to my bed and that is where I have been sleeping.

I'm not scared to sleep in my bed, I just...can't do it! What's wrong with me!!!

Hmmmm....

....Let me think on it.

I haven't even a clue what to suggest, other than stay awake until sleep won't let you, then hop in bed!! This is in jest, so......

Didn't you just finish school? Maybe you miss the routine and it's an adjustment period.

Are you punishing yourself? If I couldn't sleep in my bed I would find something more comfortable than the floor.

Poker??

Just a 'stab-in-the-dark,' (pun intended) but maybe a busted spring in the mattress jabbing?? Stranger things happen, we all know!! Got any kids around? I remember loads of tricks we used to play on our friends' beds! (corn flakes 'tween the sheets, water balloons half-way, itching powder, etc.)

Astonishing, I can't sleep at all unless it's in a bed. Tried other peoples sofa's floors ect, hopless, I just lie awake all night.

Have you hought about sleeping meds, I've been on them for years. I don't care about that, as long as I can sleep. Other than that, see an analysist, it's all psychological...

I think you're right Ian, it's all psychological.

Spent another night on the floor last night....Took me two hours before my mind would let me go to sleep (not uncomfortable, my mind just shouldn't shut down, and it was two before i fell asleep!)

I think i need sleeping pills...
