Ok...
...I will go first. I feel our likes/dislikes form our opinions, and attitudes, so why would these not play out into our health, both physical and mental?
Ooops, not meaning negativity by answering with a question.... Good, positive attitude= healthy lifestyle. Poor, negative " " = unhealthy " " . I am certainly not claiming these as 'hard, fast' rules, just observations. Cheers~ ![]()

Absolutely...I have seen some incredible things.
My adoptive father had Parkinson's...it took him within 6 months. My adoptive mother...who was never sick a day in her adult life...lay down and died...within 5 months. My daughter was ill almost constantly when she was in an extremely abusive marriage...Now...no matter what happens, she refuses to even catch cold. |

I think that the scripture "As a man thinketh" has implications that we are only beginning to comprehend. The effect of long term indulgence in certain emotions can literaly render cells in the body from accepting certain peptides. There is some evidence now that old age itself can be blamed on attitude.
Peace, Mark

That may well be at least a contributing factor to aging, but since you mentioned a scripture, "The years of our lives are three score and ten, and if by strength, four score" Early to mid 70's is the national average. Seems the Psalmist had some fore knowledge! I certainly take it like that....Cheers!
