How often do you go to the Gym, if at all? LOL!!!!

I go to the Gym once a week, Saturday morning from 6-9 A.M. My weight never fluctuates too. What sort of exercises do you do? I go on the treadmill, aerobics, dumbells and hit the sauna.

I work with weights 3 or 4 times a week and take several walks during the week. I'm also in sales, so I'm in and out of the car several times a day. I walk from parking lots to offices and climb stairs as much as possible. I'm height and weight proportionate. This sounds like a personals ad. I also like walks on the beach and sunsets.

You must be in really good shape Lightkeeper! I wish I can get the chance to work out 3-4 times a week, but I get tied up too often. I sit in a cubicle 8 hours a day but often take strolls during my breaks. I love sunsets too but I'm scared of beaches because everyone is so tan there and I'm not, LOL!!!

Then I would definitely apply for a membership! I'm sometimes too lazy to even go to the gym on Saturdays. Most of my Fridays leave me worn out by Saturday mornings. Too much overtime at work.

Never. I do all my exercises at home. I have a treadmill in which I work my legs and cardio vascular system. Weights and a work bench for muscle and mass. Arm extentions to clean the cobwebs from the ceiling and deep knee bends to clean the toilets.

I love to walk around the lake where I live which is probably 4 miles around. Good exercise and the view is great.

Technically it's not going to the gym, but I take Shotokan karate once a week. When I get into the next class in January it'll be 2x/week.

Sometimes I drop in at the local recreation center to swim and lift weights, but haven't done so since the summer. My favourites are the leg press and the lat pulldown machine.
