Agreed, on more. Maybe dump the word exercise, which sounds so formal, and 'yechy', and use fun, just good ol' blood pumpin' fun! Cheers!

I walk my dog just about every day around town once.
I also like to take the basketball down to the park (during school year I do bball). Believe me, you'll get quite a bit of exercise playing street ball with a group of kids 5-12! Who knew they had such energy!?!?! I like to jog every now and then also. |

I and my physicians firmly believe that my walking (OK then, running) my Irish Setter several times a day was instrumental in my surviving a stroke a few years ago, and coming back to a not very restricted life.
On a day when I haven't had a one hour brisk walk, I invent some errand in the town centre. And there's always the option to head for the city or university library. Need? Well, yes, somewhere between food and a good insurance policy. |
