Sweat!

I seem to sweat very easy. The other day at my work we had a conference and I was the only person sweating during the meeting while everyone else was shivering. Everyone was staring at me, it was embarassing. I wonder if there is something wrong with me? I exercise routinely and I know how to handle myself quite well. Does anyone have any advice?

Love,
Madeline

You should try sauna. Russian sauna or "banya", would be the best. Do 3 sets 10-20 min each and ice cold water in between. "Exhaust" your body by doing so at least once a week, preferably twice. Do it after working out and on the regular basis. You will see the difference.

That sounds interesting pinski, I think I'll give it a try this weekend. Or maybe today since I sure can use it. Some people have been getting under my skin lately and this would be the best remedy. Thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it!

Love,
Madeline
