I've found a solution to feel better when I have a migrain...put Vicks Vaporub across your cheekbones under your eyes without getting it IN your eyes, it seems to open up whatever is causing the pain. It's definately better than migrain ice.


Sore joints...like strains from overworking them. Rub camphor oil into them..it smells bad but it takes the inflamation out.

I like to find regular stuff that doesn't cost a fortune to make things feel better. The cost alone on some of these products causes pain!

Thanks for the info, I will try it. Regarding headaches, when I quit smoking I noticed I have many times fewer headaches.

Actually the Vicks makes perfect sense...I use eucalyptus oil but never thought of using it in that way. I wish I'd known this yesterday...and the day before...and the day before that!!! Thank you...I will definitely try it and get back to you.

I found there are a lot of things right in your house that work for so many unadvertised things...then my daughter's father-in-law (who in my opinion is weird but a genius) does all sorts of experiments on products...he says if it kills grass it isn't good for your health...LOL He is a real trip. LOL
