EFT is very interesting to me, and I've tried it with myself a few times. For those who may want to look into it, they offer a few manual (you can download it - it's about 70 or 80 pages). It's a simple technique, one anyone can do, and there is no equipment or expense involved. It does require some practice, but the testimonials are pretty amazing.

I have the manual and have been studying it for a while. The first time I did this I slept very well that night and had more energy than usual the next day. It is similar to accupunture and accupressure. Very interesting stuff.

Maybe I should look at it more seriously. I posted the video because it was amusing. I guess I really need to look at this again, and actually try it.
