Fajitas & Kids !!
Have trouble getting the kids to eat veggies ?
Take a fajita, smother with mixed chopped up veggies *i like peppers (red and yellow), onions and small chunks of broccoli* then add shredded cheddar cheese (or any other) and then cover with another fajita to make a big round sandwich and fry in a pan for two minutes on both sides. Yummy !!...and the kids like em too.
