Pickled Polish Sausage

2 lb. Polish sausage (Kielbasa)
1 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Put sausage in a jar with sliced onions. Use cooked sausage and don't re-cook. Boil rest of ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over sausage and let set in refrigerator 1-2 days before serving. Yummy!

Once I was drinking cosmos at the House of Blues. I was served Chicken strips. They were so juicy and tender and big. They looked like litte fat baby legs. Since then I always have a craving for baby legs. I wonder if they are just as tender.
