It almost sounds like you would have to move to an area where there are more jewish people. I don't see how you can have community if it isn't there.
Have you searched the yellow pages for synagogues. I think most Rabbis would be very helpful in this case.

They are here but an hour away which makes it difficult for us. We have 4 kids which means that we are always on the go, we may be able to eat as a family 6 days out of 7 but my husband job isn't 9-5 job. We are hoping that our suburb in time will start a jewish community center. Hmmm. I wonder if I could start working with the few other jewish people around here and form something. Thanks for getting my brain working.
