As usual I was going through my e-mails and came across this one. What a thought to ponder. I was always living in traditions and goals, forgetting the here and now too often. How often are we in a moment and we actually miss the moment thinking about something else?


Untraditional Life

Traditions are nice, but they will never be the center of a vibrant
life.

Future goals are inspiring, but they cannot compete with the here and
now.

To be truly alive, the things you do right now must touch the essence
of your soul and come from there.
