Tipi poles

I recently purchased a tipi and am wondering if anyone knows where I could get the poles for it. I was going to do them myself - and still might but I really just do not have the time. Am thinking that you Rev. Rex might know?

Im thinking that whomever you purchased the original tipi from would be an excellent source as to where you could get poles.
Im not aware of what part of the country you are from or if they carry them...but I use wanderingbull.com for alot of supplies. If they didnt carry them Im sure they'd know where to find them.

The couple that I bought the tipi from left them at their last pow wow - she said they did not want to haul them back over here... I live on the Kitsap Pennisula in Washington state and have asked on a couple of reservations, but to no avail. Will try the site you suggested. Thank You!

Tipi poles can also be created fairly easily if you have access to lodgepole pine poles. But this time of year, they will be more expensive than later on. It can be rather fun to make them, but if a person doesn't mind spending the money, you can also get some very fance and beautiful ones.
