Thought Id share...

My god mother passed away july 06, I hadnt seen her since august 05 because christmas 05 we wasnt able to get to florida, and she passed away before we made it back up in august.
At her I guess you can say funreal she was cremated, they held a Native American ceremony in memory of her, mom was sitting at a table with my god brothers and god father and my god father uncle andy had given mom a box that had a small urn with my god mothers ashes in it, mom had sat it down and was eating she turned to say something to chris my god brother and a small frog hoped onto moms plate and just looked at mom didnt move at all, of course my mom started crying...My god mothers indian name was two hearts and she loved frogs, she had a connection with frogs I guess it sounds funny but ya know. So seeing the frog and the way it was acting just made my mom cry, my aunt pud had been my moms best friend for more than 30 years moms still taking it hard.

Well I was outside mowing the yard a few weeks ago and I have not seen ANY frogs around here at all, and Im mowing and look down and out hops this good sized frog, it just sat there didnt even hop away from the mower which suprised me so I stopped the mower and bent down and the frog hoped right onto my hand, and just sat there. I eventually put the frog back into the bushes and it hoped away.
I cried soo hard I havent called my mom about it yet she has taken my aunts death really hard, pud was her best friend, the person mom would call at 12 am if she needed to talk you know and so I just dont want to bring it up to her yet.

It just made me feel like I didnt get to see her before she passed away so she came to see me, I know probably sounds weird, some of my friends Iv told just look at me like Im insane when I told them about this, kinda gave me looks like..yeah its a frog..not your aunt...have you lost your mind?
I just wanted to share with ya'll I was upset for the past few days after I seen the frog thinking how I never got to say good bye.

I've had alot of messages through birds, and I'm sure alot of my friends would also think it's crazy, but they just don't know what it's like when you get a confirmation. Personally, I think it's wonderful.

I wonder sometimes if insane means to be IN sane and all others are out of sane. LOL

I'd rather be in it than out of it. As CWG says if you don't go with "in", you go with "out".

It doesn't sound weird to me, at all.

In the lore i follow, the ancestors will return in many different guisies; people who dismiss that are, I think, closed of to an important part of spirituality -- our deep ability and need to reach out and find that connection to those who have, as we say, "passed through the Middle".

Don't be upset. You got to say a good-bye in a wonderful way, if not in the way you might have wished.

Personally, I get messages in my dreams... especially right before I wake up. I remember many times when I will have the same experience I dreamt about and I'll even remember when the dream occured. Some call it deja-vue... but this is much more intense; I mean especially since I can remember the actual dream and when it occured.

Now when it happens, I try to remember what happens next... just in case something bad is suppose to happen, so I can change what is happening.

That is very interesting!! Thank you for sharing that...I have always felt a connection to butterflies..I actually collect butterfly things..part of my house is decorated with butterflies.
