Think about this very carefully...who is it that makes you the most angry, someone else, or yourself?

Definitely myself. I take a nasty incident and replay it in my mind, effectively duplicating and amplifying it.

DITTO to Astrejas post. I can get myself into quite a state sometimes just playing it over and over again and then imagining other scenarios to amplify it further.

Why do we do this ?

I get quite angry at humans in general. But overall, I can't say I'm an angry person.

Okay, literally i make myself the most angry. Racists come a close second.

I dont really get angry at anyone. I used to until i realized that to be angry at myself was counterproductive. If i found a flaw in myself the most logical thing to do would be to try to correct it. If i found a "flaw" in someone else then oh well, they are where they are in their spiritual evolution. My anger would not aid them in becoming a better spiritual being and would most likely do harm. Also in order to be angry at someone else, you must first judge them and find them to be wanting in some way. I try to make a conscious effort to not judge people, they have to evolve at their own rate, not mine. And on a last note, i believe that carrying all that negative energy around is certainly going to manifest in the material world in some way. Linclon once said, "I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live by the light that I have. " I believe that and i believe that it is the duty of all spiritual people to lend light to the world and not negativity. But thats just me!

I don't anger myself because I have learned to accept me, fault and all. Everyone else can throw blame at me, so I have to be the one that says 'there, there, it's all right'.
Who angers me the most? The ones who try to stand in my way. If it's red tape, or just the person who drives with their left signal on eternal mode and won't let me get over. Or if it's someone who just does not allow me to do the most basic of things, such as needing to vomit outside and arguing with me. Yeah, I don't like those poeple.

Alot of things.

The most that angers me is the folly and hubris of man through history.

Modernism and industrialism also angers me for I refuse to believe that this is the only course humanity can condone itself in survival amongst the world.

People with their rap music too loud in traffic or parking lots.

Rap music and hip hop in general I hate it especially gangsta rap.

Modern politics.

Modern slavery.

Seeing people as wage workers because society says that is the only path for them to possibly survive.

Seeing the arrogant rich treat people unluckier themselves terribly.

Seeing people debate trivial meaningless stuff instead of talking about the real issues that can save this world.

Seeing people bent in their material worlds not caring about anything else because they lack any education or intelligence.

People who ignore their families.

Modern relationships as alot of them lack any romance and are made for the sheer convenience of it all.


........ All in all there are alot of things that anger me ,but that is only a few I can name right now.

I am angered by whoever controls me. We have not yet met.

I'm not sure what makes me angry. I am easy going and anger is a rarety with me. Perhaps people who are envious, liars, greedy and hateful. If you're nice to me than I would pretty much do anything for you!
