I have that too sometimes. When I was younger I used to faint a lot, now I know when it happens I just need to lay down. It usually passes within a few minutes.
If not I have learned to breath into my heart. This technique is really great and can be used on any part of the body with immediate results.
All you do is close your eyes, take a deep breath and visualize yourself blowing into the body part that is aching as you exhale.
