I had to look up the word agnosticism and then I had to look up the word religion LOL. I find it very hard to put myself into any catagory.

Religion. One theory is that the word religion comes from the latin religio meaning to tie or bind back. Religion serves to hold the community together- a binding together. This notion is expressed in Christianity openly. That's what I think religion's main purpose is or was, and has always been corrupted by power hungry folk to bind the people to their authority, keep the group together, and rule over them.

What's commonly called spirituality on the other hand has a purpose of reminding us just who we are and that this (and that) is all a dream. I guess. A raft. And when you reach the other side you set the raft down. You do not stap it, or bind it, or tie it, or religio! it to your back and carry it around with you forever.
