Euphamisms are everywhere.
Rock and roll was a euphamism for sex.
The pop song "She bangs" springs to mind and has nothing to do with firecrackers.
So it wasn't just a "bang" it was the "BIG bang".
Silly really, but funny.

Yes. The Big Bang Theory is one of the reasons I believe in God. I don't even believe parts of the Bible and I still believe in God.
