I agree it may be a predisposed choice before we are born..possibly..but not after...you are either born that way or something in your early months and years have formed you to be that way..I think both occur...but either way it doesn't matter and it is not something we consciously choose in this life...there should be no need to try and change if it were even possible....and it is not a sin nor is it anything to lovingly forgive as a christian or otherwise...it is not wrong..it is simply a different orientation that is to be accepted.....

I think there are many different factors involved why some prefer same sex over opposite sex or the other way around. I would however like to think it is out of love. I teach my kids that love can fall either way and not to be closed minded (bias) but to let the dice fall on love.
