THE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS
The Seventh Day Adventists do not eat meat . They have a substitute Turkey they call "Veggie-Turkey" . Since it tastes like real Turkey , would it seem difficult to express their beliefs if they don't eat meat , to make a meat substitute which smells and looks and tastes like a real dead Turkey and label it "Veggie-Turkey" ? I mean if you had a farm with Turkeys and you were a Seventh Day Adventist wouldn't it feel strange when you ask mom , "What's for supper " and she says " Veggie Turkey " and you then ask , What is Veggie-Turkey mom ? " , and mom replies , " Oh , it is just like ,, and tastes like ,, a real dead Turkey " . Is there anything wrong with this picture ? Last edited by mooomooo : 14th August 2008 at 08:29 AM. |

Perhaps the Seventh Day Adventists
make these meat-less foods and have them taste like real dead animals to allow a form of 'normal' or whatever for the children .. . |
