Butterfly It's just a ritual...

Is there anything you do on a daily or somewhat regular basis or occasionly even, that if someone else saw it they would wonder why, or scratch their head....such as I try to kiss Annie good night even if it's on the forhead before I go to sleep at night. She may not even know it but I have to do it.

I take ritual very seriously...some have meditation, some have prayer, I have my centering rituals, and sensory deprivation rituals. These focus my desires and aspirations into actual manifestation. Wiccans and occultists call it magick. The details are my personal secret, but they have served me well and always come to fruition.

I like to do walking meditations. Just about every day I walk in a park. We have several in the area. I try to still my mind and be very alert and aware.
