Do Skeptics Have Faith?

I saw this question today.

We still aren't sure what caused the Universe. Do Skeptics have a certain amout of faith because we still have many unanswered questions?

Yes! I believe in God but I'm still skeptical about my beliefs and the beliefs of others. You don't have to lack faith in something to be a skeptic. You just have to question and have doubts about what you have faith in or what others have faith in. Everyone has faith and are skeptics to varying degrees because no one believes everything or nothing and everyone has questions.

Everybody has faith. It is unfortunate we try to restrict faith to religion. Faith is confidence in the past that enables one to move from the present to the future. You cannot drive along a dark country road without faith.
