Yes the Baha'i Writings state this in our obligatory prayer so it is significant.. It personally makes sense to me. Why? God has a relationship to His creation we believe that is based on love.. So God created us because He loved us and our creation.. and the relationship of the lover to the Beloved is one of knowing and worship or awe. Love has directions.. From God to His creation ...from creation to God... and from the created to the rest of creation...at least this is how it's supposed to be. - Art
