Judaism Brother's Keeper

According to Genesis, when God asked Cain where Abel was, he sarcastically answered back "Am I my brother's keeper?".

So, how would you respond to this question?

... that YHWH doesn't answer the question?

But, for myself, we are, indeed, our brothers' keeper.

There are I think some important questions asked of man in Genesis .. all of them are significant.:

"Where are you?" in Genesis 3:9

"Who told you that you were naked?" in Genesis 3:11

"What is this that you have done?" in Genersis 3:13

"Why are you angry and why is your face fallen?"- Genesis 4:6

"Where is Abel your brother?" - Genesis 4:9

"What have you done?" - Genesis 4:10
