Having the power of choice we can choose to act as gods, or act as devils.
The choice is the power.
What shall our species be?
What shall we become?
Gods?
or devils?
I see many people choosing more definitively these days.

You might choose to act as a God, but others might choose to act as Devils and if you have to be around them then you will see the way they are. You can't really even choose how your kids will decide to act, even if you raise them in the best of worlds.

This is why it is like threading a camel through the eye of a needle

God says we are innocent as he created us

The flesh tells us all are guilty
What we judge other as we judge ourselselves as becauase we are all the same in TRUTH

This is the World we created to hide from out Father

It indeed difficult to see past the apparant "evil" of the flesh but as we are all the same and one of us has succeeded all WILL suceed

Everyone has the spark

It is up to those who have seen that glimmer to encourage it in ALL
Be the miracle

In your most hated enemy is the oppertunity to see your Father and your inheritance
What was looked upon with fear and despair becomes a gift beyond all imagining

Judaism

I do believe there is evil, not necessarily in the form of some sort of deity or "devil", but in terms of those who have little concern for creation, and that includes the people within creation. In Judaism, there is a very high proportion of us, including the orthodox, that believe that Satan is not likely to be a reference to spiritual entity of some type, but to the evil that dwells in ourselves. It's not that we were meant to be evil or that we were created that way, but that, since we have free will, there will be times we may choose evil courses of action.

In my experience, there is no need to label something as "evil" or "good." When you do so, you give an action more power than it deserves; you elevate the action or experience from the practical to the supernatural. Assigning a moral judgement to our actions/experiences can lead to the construction of proverbial walls that hinder experiences which might otherwise help us develop and grow as individuals. This isn't to say that morality shouldn't be used to judge, however, I find that people are too eager to label something as good or evil without truly understanding why. For me, there is no readon to make snap judgements regarding evil or good. I like to view the world and my experiences in it as "productive," or "counter-productive."

I agree with octavius in that I look upon this World as a classroom of lessons

Hi pinski . You stated...

--->Hello my sister,

You said,
"Evil People".

Who are those creatures?
Or,
what are they?

Could you,
please,
name a few.

Pinski <----

--------------------
Evil l assume cannot be defined as one direct definition . Perhaps there are different types of Evil and some are supposed to be here and some evil is not supposed to be here .

For example,, If a person was told by their mother that he/she is getting ''fat'' , then that may not be defined as evil but if a school-mate calls you ''fat'' , then that is an evil event that should not be here .

This concept , if l may call it that , implies that some evils must remain even though they present evil , horror etc they must remain and our Lord knows this and it is so difficult for our Lord to allow these evils that are not supposed to be here even when the evil event is of horror etc .

So this means if we call this 'evil ' by the name of ''energy'' we see that God is allowing this 'energy' even at the cost of innocent children murdered and such to be . The hurt God faces as our Lord allows this horror to be is fierce but it has to be this way due to the dynamics of this so called 'energy '.

Evil is a behaviour sort of . Some evils present itself as seen by Man but one evil here today cannot be seen by Man and only God can see it,,,and this evil is not supposed to be here but is allowed by God because eliminating this evil which is not supposed to be here will eliminate us all .

This evil is what threatens all of us today and Man is void of knowledge of this evil because God needs it this way because the alternitive is worse if Man finds out the dynamics of this evil that isn't supposed to be here .

In this respect we see that although losing a child to the horrors out there is pure horror , God is ''allowing '' these horrors because if God allows Man to define this horror,,, we all die .

You can see the delemna facing our precious Lord as our Lord 'must' allow this 'one' kind of evil to exist and this is to keep us alive even though this evil is of such horror.

Is it OK to hate hate?

Even though the above is undoubtedly my poor attempt at humor, there is a point that can be made in that, according to Buddhist dharma, it is not acceptable to hate even that which we may be inclined to detest. Instead, it's best to attempt to understand why the hate exists, regardless if it's others or ourselves, and deal with it as reasonably as possible.
