Even though belief and action are often intertwined, which do you emphasize more and why?

In the Baha'i Writings we have an expression that "Faith is Conscious Knowledge plus Action"...so we would probably say there should be no separation between action and belief.

Those who emphasize their belief (read opinions) over actions are talkers and not doers.
If you believe in something, then do it, don't just talk about it.
Talk is good for refining the belief/opinion/speculation, for testing it out though.
