great books great stories , CS Lewis was a Christian therefore Christian overtones were present in his imagination I'm not sure that was done consciously I think it was more of an unconscious thing, but who knows.

I don't know either. I was just working off the claims made in the biography I had read. Since the author made these claims but made little attempt to give support for them, I came to you to see what was thought.
