Afterlife
Hello,
I am on here to ask about the afterlife beliefs of Afro-Caribbean religions, namely Rastafarian, Santeria, and Vodun. And maybe Candomble. Any input is helpful. |

Really? I recall hearing an interesting story regarding the origin of dredlock hairstyling...it was so that God could grab their souls by the hair and pull them into heaven. Strong dreds ensured a safe journey into the afterlife. I'm going to have to do some research on this...
